Jesse is the Associate Director of Campus Activities - Clubs & Organizations. He is a two-time graduate of Appalachian State with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management and a Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration. Prior to coming to Appalachian State University, Jesse worked in Student Involvement & Leadership at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS, where he oversaw student clubs & organizations, along with non-traditional student services, and coordinated various student events.
Jesse is passionate about connecting with students, creating inclusive and welcoming spaces on campus through diverse events, and empowering others to find their voice and pursue their goals. He enjoys spending time with his partner (and their dogs, Dude & Willow), any outdoor activity, jamming to some tunes, consuming copious amounts of coffee, and traveling.
